The fastest way to reach us
Email is the best channel for anything to do with RDT Picker. Send a note to [email protected] and it will land with the people who can actually help. We aim to reply within one business day, and often much sooner. To get a useful answer on the first reply, it helps to include a few details in your message:
- A short description of what you were trying to do
- The Reddit post URL you were working with, if the question is about a specific draw
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead
- A screenshot, if something looked wrong on screen
- Your account email, if your question is about billing or access
The more context you give us up front, the fewer back-and-forth messages it takes to sort things out.
What we can help with
Running a draw. If the picker is not loading comments, if a filter is behaving in a way you did not expect, or if you are not sure how to set your giveaway rules up in the tool, write in and we will walk you through it. Most issues here come down to a small setting, and we can usually point you to the fix quickly.
Billing and plans. Questions about the Creator plan, the Growth plan, upgrading, downgrading, invoices, or anything else on the payment side should come to the same email. Include the address associated with your account so we can find you without a long identity check.
Feedback and feature requests. A lot of what RDT Picker does today came from users telling us what they wished it did. If there is a filter you want, an export format that would save you time, or a rough edge that bugs you, tell us. We cannot promise every idea ships, but we do read them all and they shape what we build next.
Reporting a problem. If you think a giveaway run on RDT Picker was used unfairly, or you have spotted a bug or something that looks like abuse, let us know with as much detail as you can. We take that kind of report seriously.
Before you email: quick self-checks
A handful of the questions we get have fast answers, and you may not need to wait for a reply at all. If comments are not loading, make sure the Reddit post is public rather than in a private or restricted subreddit, since the picker can only read what is publicly visible. If your winner pool looks smaller than expected, check whether a keyword filter or minimum comment score is excluding entries you meant to include. If you cannot sign in, confirm you are using the same email you subscribed with, and try a password reset before writing in. These cover a good share of the messages we receive, and running through them first often saves you time.
Business and partnership enquiries
If you run high-volume campaigns, manage giveaways for clients, or want to talk about working together across our family of platform pickers, reach out to the same address and mention that it is a business enquiry. We will route it to the right person.
What to expect after you write
Once your message arrives, you will get a reply from a real person, not an auto-responder loop that sends you in circles. If your question needs a bit of digging, we will tell you that rather than leaving you wondering. And if the answer turns out to be something other people ask about too, it may end up in our FAQ so the next person finds it faster.
A note on response times
We are a lean operation, which is a good thing for you most of the time because it means messages do not get lost in a giant queue. It does mean that on rare busy stretches a reply might take a little longer than usual. If you have not heard back after a couple of business days, it is completely fine to send a polite follow-up. Occasionally emails get caught in spam filters on either end, and a nudge clears it up.
