Who this policy covers
There are two kinds of people connected to RDT Picker. The first is the organizer, meaning the person with an account who runs a giveaway using the tool. The second is the entrant, meaning someone who comments on a Reddit post that an organizer later runs through the picker. Most of what follows concerns organizers, because entrants do not sign up for anything or give us their details directly.
Information we collect
Account information. When you create an account and subscribe to a plan, we collect the details needed to set that up, such as your email address and the billing information required to process payment. Payments are handled through our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Giveaway data. When you run a draw, the tool reads the public comments on the Reddit post URL you provide. This information is already publicly visible on Reddit. We use it only to run the draw you asked for, including applying your filters and selecting winners.
Usage information. Like most websites, we collect basic technical data such as browser type, device information, and general usage patterns. This helps us keep the Service running, fix problems, and understand which features people actually use.
Communications. If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can help you and refer back to it if you write again.
How we use your information
We use the information above to provide and operate the Service, process your subscription, run the draws you request, respond to your questions, keep the platform secure, and improve how the tool works. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your giveaway entrants' comments for anything beyond running the draw you initiated.
