About the Service
RDT Picker is a tool that reads the public comments on a Reddit post and selects random winners for giveaways and contests. It provides filtering options such as required keywords, minimum comment score, and inclusion of replies, along with export-ready results. We provide the picking tool; we do not run your giveaway, set its rules, or take responsibility for how you conduct it.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold a paid account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you notice unauthorized use, tell us at [email protected] right away.
Plans, billing, and renewals
RDT Picker offers subscription plans, including a monthly Creator plan and an annual Growth plan. Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change over time; if we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give you notice before it takes effect. Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor at the start of each billing period and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future charges. Unless a refund is required by law or expressly offered, payments already made are generally non-refundable, but if you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it fairly.
Acceptable use
You agree to use RDT Picker lawfully and honestly. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the Service to run giveaways that break the law or violate Reddit's own rules and promotion policies
- Manipulate a draw or misrepresent its outcome to your audience
- Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Use the Service to harass others, collect personal data improperly, or engage in fraud
- Resell or rebrand the Service as your own without our written permission
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice where the situation calls for it.
Fair draws and your responsibilities
RDT Picker is designed to give every eligible comment an equal chance and to produce a result you can show publicly. That said, you are responsible for the giveaway itself: writing clear rules, honoring the prize you promised, following any laws about contests and sweepstakes in your region, and delivering the prize to the winner. We are not a party to your giveaway and cannot mediate disputes between you and your entrants.
Intellectual property
The RDT Picker name, logo, software, and site content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Using the Service does not give you ownership of any of it. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our software or branding except as these terms allow.
Third-party services and content
RDT Picker relies on data from Reddit and on third-party providers for payments and hosting. We do not control Reddit or those providers, and their availability or policy changes may affect the Service. Reddit comments belong to the people who wrote them and to Reddit under its own terms; we simply read what is publicly available so you can run your draw.
Service availability
We work to keep RDT Picker running smoothly, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where practical, we will give notice of significant changes.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any draw result will satisfy every participant. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RDT Picker and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits, lost goodwill, or disputes with your giveaway participants. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using RDT Picker and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or use the Service in a way that harms us or others. When your account ends, the sections of these terms that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date, and continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms. If a change is significant, we will try to make that clear.
Governing law and contact
